Chapter 6 Truth Hurts

"I need to go there. The place only I know. Alone"

TaeHyung was breathing heavily inside the comfort room. The lunch time was almost over and students were returning to their classrooms for afternoon classes. But TaeHyung decided he'll skip the class and return home.

Without any second thought and without telling Jimin and Yoongi, he left for home. He had to go somewhere at night and he didn't want to tell anyone about that. It was his secret place, his secret place where he can vent it all out and no one will ever know.

No one will ever know about his weakness that he abandoned 2 years ago.

TaeHyung wanted to study after returning home because it was still a lot of time left before midnight. But he couldn't study. His memories kept haunting him and he began to light up cigarettes, one after another, continuously, though he knew it's of no use and it'll just harm his body.

In these 2 years he kept pretending he was strong, where in reality he was vulnerable. He kept pretending no one can break him, but he was already broken to the core. He kept pretending he's happy, but in reality, he wasn't.And different types of things and scenarios just reminded him of his past, just like today at the cafeteria, when Jeongguk hugged a girl. And from the smell TaeHyung understood easily that she was also a Royal Blood and Jeongguk's mate, destined mate that both vampires and werewolves have.

Just the thing is, sometimes they go against the nature and make their own mates, and that's possible too.

When TaeHyung realized that he has finished a full packet of cigarette and it's almost 12 AM at midnight, he stood up from his couch, throwing the last finished cigarette in the ashtray.

He put on a black hoodie and locked his door before leaving his apartment.?

BACK AT THE CAFETERIA [AFTER TaeHyung LEFT]

"Excuse me, I gotta go." TaeHyung said and almost ran out of the cafeteria.

Jimin and Yoongi didn't bother much as they knew TaeHyung does this kinda thing very often but the others were a little surprised at his sudden leave.

"Is-is anything wrong with him? Jimin? Did I do something?" Jeongguk asked, possibly a little annoyed too.

"It's nothing...maybe he remembered something important that's why he left" Jimin wanted to sound cool, though he was a little bit worried too.

"Doesn't he act kinda weird? I mean-" Jeongguk couldn't finish when Yoongi cut him off.

"He doesn't. It's just he takes time for being easy with people that's all." Yoongi uttered.

"But one thing, he smells like human... How did he become this close with you two?" Hoseok asked, amazed by the fact. Here all of the six knew they're either vampires or werewolves, no human here now because the one whom they considered as human, TaeHyung, had just left.

Jimin and Yoongi shared a small glance with each other before answering. They didn't actually like to answer this particular question because it's about the privacy of their precious soul, their Taebear whom they adore and take care like their own little brother, not caring how cold or how rude he acts with them or the others or how he lives his life so recklessly, Because they know he has reasons.

"Y-Yeah yeah... He's human but just... It happened you know... hehe. Friendship just happens right?" Jimin said, hiding his nervousness.

"Whatever, he's beautiful right Joon? I must admit he's prettier than me." Jin pouted, "And his eyes Omo. So big and beautiful... I haven't seen a human this perfect."

"You've observed every feature of him Hyung... Gosh. but you know Hyung, he's good, but I'm the most handsome one here... Right Eun?" Jeongguk hold his mate's hand when he noticed she was silent. Though he wasn't really interested in his mate.

They spend the rest of the time gossiping and talking about random things in the cafeteria. But the royal blood male was thinking something else, with his mate sitting on his lap.

"Being rude with Jeon Jeongguk huh? Let's play some game, shall we?"

BACK TO TaeHyung

TaeHyung kept running and running in the dark till he met with the very familiar sight.

The sight of his pack, the Moonstone pack.

But he wasn't there to meet someone. He hid himself properly and ran towards the forest of his pack, to his secret place.?

Whenever he needed to vent out or whenever he felt sad, he would go there. It was deep inside the forest and non of the werewolves dared to go that deep into the forest but he always used to go there, from his childhood and till now.?

It felt like the place was meant for TaeHyung, to hear him, to absorb all his cries and miseries into it.

As soon as he arrived, he began to strip and he shifted into his wolf form after that. He was a very beautiful white furred wolf.

He couldn't resist anymore.

He howled in pain and started to cry loudly, pouring all his frustration, anger, sadness everything with his tears.He was crying with no intention to stop, and he's always like this, he suppresses his emotions in front of everyone but when he's here, he let's it all out.

But suddenly he was interrupted with someone's voice, very familiar and soothing one, which always used to comfort him. And now hearing it broke his heart even more.
