Arthur wasn't feeling the same happy and celebrative mood like the other two. At this point, it was much closer to facing an injured and cornered beast.

Even the weakest creatures and animals would be deadly at such moments. Arthur never doubted his ability to exterminate all the hostile forces, but on what cost?

That was the main question here.

It went without saying that his enemy was determined to crush this city and cause Arthur's empire great losses in return for his loss. Arthur would never want such a result, least of all in such a dangerous situation.

His forces under his command were strong, really strong. But facing such a sudden gush of higher forces with the task of preventing the enemy from damaging the city looked hard to achieve.
