Hello, my name is Desideria.

And I am Demetra.

We are sisters.

We were locked up as far as we remember. Because our mother has committed a grave sin, our freedom had taken away from us. We only had each other to the company, and all we knew we had a baby brother. We had no chance to see him because we couldn't leave the 'prison' we were living in for so long.

It went like this for 18 years until one day, a handsome teen walked into our 'prison.' We could identify him as soon as he entered because of the scent he was carrying. As half cats, both of us are more sensitive to smell.

We were surprised at first and thrilled after that. Our brother was the most handsome man we have ever seen, not that we had seen that much. Of course, as a feline race, we had our moments of heats and did some deeds before our brother had arrived. But it wasn't too much.

As Feline Race, incest is just a human word for us. After all, the best breeding partner is your family. So, we pounced on our brother as soon as we laid our eyes on him.

He was as strong as he was handsome. He awakened a pair of rare elements, and their combination was even more potent. He didn't fail us and broke us out as soon as he got a chance. After staying in the city where our mother had killed, Desmond was ready to break the barrier, so we left for the barrier.

As princesses of His Highness, we knew things others didn't know. The connection between His Highness and the hidden land had severed after our brother awakened in the mountain opening. We decided that now is the best time to escape.

Our brother sat before the barrier as soon as we arrived. We could see that there was some similarity between the barrier and our brother's new element. It was a god-sent opportunity to level up. After all, in this confined land, leveling up was an arduous task.

Normally, one can level up by slaying monsters or other fighters. Because there are no monsters in this confined land, the only option is grinding the skills endlessly and gain experience slowly. Now that our brother found a structure with a similar element, his experience over his elements will soar, and he will be stronger than us at a sitting.

After sitting for more than an hour, his body started to fume colorful mist. The mist was mysterious as there were visions, smells, and sounds inside the evanesced rainbow. When it touched our bodies, the sense of feeling, taste, and others could not be described started to sent signals to our brains.

The misty barrier was more compact than I thought, but each probe I sent with my mana widened my horizons. I lived in another world before, yet, I never imagined the possibility of many things until I encountered this barrier. After all, my imagination was limited to the things I saw in my previous life. Now because I am in a new world, entities, and structures I never even imagined presented themselves to me.

My experience bar sky-rocket and I leveled up three times consecutively. With each level, my mana got thickened, and my understanding of elements got denser.

The first realm of cultivation had 10 levels. Each level is making you stronger by increasing the density of the mana and making the elements stronger. The first realm is named Brewing Realm. After Brewing Realm one is considered a fighter. The strongest person I know, Abbot, is only in the 5th Level of Brewing Realm, but in the outside world, people at this realm are not even considered starting their cultivation.

This notion excited me also frightened me. The outside world has many strong powerhouses that can kill me with a single thought. But I rather die adventuring outside world than live a long life in this prison cell.

The visions and experiences I learned from the barrier increased my proficiency in Broken Reality as well as Barrier and Mirror elements. At the end of the trial, I was at the %95 of the 4th level and close to Abbot's level.

I stood up and walked to the barrier. A door opened for me and let me pass through with my sisters.

"Desmond, you did it." My sisters kissed me on my face and jumped with joy.

"Yes, let's set sail for a new world," I said and turned one last time to look at the barrier. I can remove it and take the treasure for myself. But there are many people I care about leaving behind those 'prison walls' keeping them safe. I know it sounds hypocrite when I say it like this, but I really care about their safety. When I am stronger, I will come back here and free them all, but for now, they have to continue living like this.

I looked at the outside world and the endless green forest was a sight to see. The roars of the beast and sound of the running water could be heard. I wanted to find a city first but I don't even know which way I should take. I decided to follow the water because it would always lead to civilization.
