It was blank

It was getting slightly cold so it's better to have two cups of coffee. After all, they both had to clean the whole house last night.

"What do you think? Will he call you again? "Sam says,taking a sip of her coffee.

"If he calls it's better. If not we have to find him."

"Okay"

"Hey, what are two doing here? " Dayal calls out from the other side of the canteen.Loy also followed him.

"Ahh… this old man! " Jake says.

"He must have forgotten about last night. Look, even Mr. Loy seems as if nothing happened. "

"Yeah"

"Hey, what are you both doing here? We have a lot of work to do. " Dayal finally catches up to them.

"Yes, we have been dying to work. " Jake says.

"Now let's get inside, aren't you cold? "

"Okay"

The meeting room was already warmed up with heaters. That's the best feeling after inhaling the cold breeze outside. Mon and Sid had already arrived and were waiting for others to come.

"I thought you were not here yet"Jake says.

" Where were you guys? "Sid says.

" Just outside "

"Anyways let's see the recording first"

They almost forgot about the recording since that man appeared. This should remove all the confusions,probably.The recording was played and what they got was nothing. It was blank, no sound at all.

Suddenly Jake remembers about that person and now he is sure that it was a trap for the whole group. Thankfully, Sam showed up and he left.

"It's now clear. We should stop approaching Miss Gill. "Sid says.

" I think you are right "Jake answers right back.

Sam gives him a look, in fact, giving him a sign to say about the anonymous person. Jake didn't utter a word. It's of no use now cause the chapter for miss Gill is over.

The main concern now is to find that politician. These days they were mostly into Miss Gill's case and could have missed that minister out.

Now, they got the news that he is coming back and the most interesting thing is that the moment Black caught Miss Gill the minister is back. So it tells the whole story.

Thus it was surely doubtful that someone from the political group or there person killed the lawyer.

They just needed to put things in their right place and the mission is complete. That's what they thought but not Dayal.

" Did you guys think it's just like what it seems to be? "He asked the other members.

" Yeah, is there anything else? "Sid says looking at the rest for assurance.

" No, but suddenly everything has become so easy. Like the other day Miss Gill was almost about to kill a person as if she was a psychopath and now she's innocent. We have the proof! "

"So? What is in your mind? " Jake asks.

"Jake, answer me. Why did you ask us to put that recorder? "

"Because I was suspicious about her," He says.

"Definitely, but what made you suspicious about her? "

"Because she was running from us but later she said she was saving herself from us. "

"Exactly.I mean a girl who has spent half of her life with policemen all around her can't even guess that she was not being chased but searched.Most importantly, why was frightened when she did nothing?"

"What do you mean, policemen around her? " Jake says, stunned and looking at each of them cause they were staring him back.

"Oh I'm so sorry. I forgot to tell you this but her dad was in the police. " Sam confesses.

"Oh thanks" He says sighing.

They came to know this only a few days when they went for another search at the bungalow and Jake was at the hospital.

"Okay, I got you Mr. Dayal" He admits.
