Reya watched the girl vigilantly, but there was a tinge of curiosity in her heart. "how can you hear my thoughts?"

"I just can," the little girl shrugged and stepped closer. She handed some candies and whispered, "next time someone bugs you for food, give them this. It will knock them out for almost an hour. It gives you a reason to avoid fighting,"

Reya was perplexed. 'Do you hear me now as well?' she thought in her head, peering directly into her eyes.

"I can still hear you." she said with a smile.

"But how?" Reya still uttered the question. 'Wait..did she get a god's blessing as well... is that why she has powers. But my Mina has powers too...she did not meet any gods..So the chances are, our DNA might have changed somehow,' she thought logically.

The girl glanced at her meaningfully and shrugged again. "It's not DNA... it's a blessing as you thought," Haily whispered unconsciously.
