"My brother did what again?"

I looked at the mere messenger whose wings lowered, as he cowered in fear.

I couldn't believe my ears. 

And my ears worked perfectly fine over the course of all these decades. 

"S- Sir, Father Damon, h- he resigned. Your brother he resigned. He doesn't work as an angel now. He in now just a mortal that lives on the planet earth."

I blew out a breath and looked away. It must be for that woman.

Luna in this birth.

I had always known Damon was stupid, but to give up all these privileges just to love someone?

That was just straight absurd. 

I shook my head and dropped on my cloud. It moved a little from my sudden weight. I waved my hand away, indicating for that messenger to go away.
