Zame swallowed his response. "Are you sure? Perhaps the doctor was a quack," opting for a simple, "Okay." He rubbed his brows and said to Evander, "I am going to leave now. Is there anything else?"

"I do not like you."

Zane nodded. "That hurts me immensely," he said with a straight face, his eyes crinkling with mirth. He took out candy from his inventory. "Then I would work hard for you to change your mind."

He chuckled and went over to the group who had finished counting the loot they gathered from the boss monsters.

"Let us head back. Maybe some food and some sleep would do us some good," Aria said, and Sorcha instantly shook his head. "Not in the castle, right?" 

Everyone laughed. That earlier incident has made everyone extremely wary of that beautiful castle.

Aria chuckled, "Of course not."

They headed out of the line of the Lycans, and the rays from the morning sun washed over them.
