Heavy breathing that seems to shove him below, Miguel struggled to block Banuk's strikes.

'quit complaining, take responsibility' Miguel's inner voice sung him a song.

And just as another strike lands at his blade, Miguel found an opening...

Miguel who ducked in a defensive position finally took notice of the small delay in Banuk's attack. He carefully swung his sword and the broadsword of Banuk bounced back.

*Kwaaaang!*

When the broadsword was deflected, Miguel brought back his kris-sword and swept against Banuk from the right. In response, Banuk sprung up his blade and swung down with it. Neither one was willing to yield as they continued to fight at point blank.

As the leader of the Buwayans glared at Miguel, Banuk smiled like a beast.

"What's wrong, Badong!? Is that all you've got!?"

"The name's Argus… Remember this brat's name well..." Miguel replied.
