Luke asked a guard to send back Rice but Selena insisted to take her home instead. Though Luke didn't like the idea, he still let her but with two more guards.

"What are you thinking son?". Larry asked him. Luke is now the Alpha of their pack and he has the power to decide.

"Have you heard of scent less wolves?.... Even from before?". He asked his father.

Larry think for a moment. He tried to recall the old reports he was once read but he ends up with nothing. "No, I haven't". He answered him honestly.

"Those kind of wolves attacked Selena before. Good thing that Dusk is guarding her that time".

"Dusk?.... Amon's son?".

"Yes Father, he said that he didn't notice them when they came because they have no scent at all. Except for a faint scent of oil". He saw how surprised his father was but he knows his father will believed him and also trust Dusk's words. They are one of their great warriors.

"Do you think those hundred beasts are part of those scent less wolves?". Darius, Drew's father asked. He got curious too.

"From the report we gathered none of the Opal Moon guards noticed or sense them. It means no outsider scent was released from the enemy's side". Drew use data to prove his father's intuition.

"Then what should we do?". Larry is looking at Luke.

"I don't know if my mate is a part oracle or not or how she saw this vision but my guts wants to believe her". Luke paused and waited for the other elders opinion but none of them contradict of what he wants to say or do. "I will send the first party to the North West boarder. The second party will be near the walls. Hide all the young ones and the old. I want us to prepare for this battle. If Selena's vision is real then we should be thankful that she is here on our side but if not, I will take all the responsibility myself". Luke gave his final decision. He have this feeling of uneasiness in his heart after hearing what Selena said. "Make no sound and secure your minds we will do this silently". He added another plan as a sign of precaution.

Selena just send Rice back to her house and she was escorted back to the fortress. She noticed a lot of people walking to the same direction leading by some warriors.

"What's going on?". She asked but no one answered. She saw some young boys and girls laughing while looking at her.

"They are heading to the safe place. Ordered by the Alpha". One of her guard answered her. He understand her confusion because she have no idea what is going on and what orders the Alpha gave to them. Their future Luna doesn't have a link to any of them yet. But he thought, if what she said to the Alpha is true they will owe her their lives. From then on he will be grateful to her.

"Oh, so Luke believed me!". She was surprised. She feels like a heavy thing was lifted inside her chest.

They reached the fortress and head back to Luke's office.

"My love, can you please go to my mother's place". Luke coaxed her as soon as she entered his office.

"Why?".

"Because I want you to be safe". He said to her and gave her a peck on her lips.

Though she was surprised about the sudden kiss. She clearly understood what he just said. "But I want to help!". She exclaimed.

"No, I won't let you go to any harms way!". Luke said worriedly. He knows his mate can fight and have a special ability but he don't want her to get hurt. They are probably going to war and death might be inevitable.

"And do you think I will let you?". Selena got angry. He wants her to be safe but he will charge in the middle of danger. What will happen if he got injured or worst die. She won't allow it. She'd rather die than to see him get hurt.

"My love, you don't have to worry about me. I'm very strong". Luke tried to hug his Mate but she refused.

"Don't even think about it!". She squinted her eyes.

Luke sighed and shook his head with disbelief. Seems like his Mate won't take no for an answer. He looked at Drew for help but he just shrug his shoulder. No one can help him now. He needs to admit defeat and take her. It is much better to be close to her than let her sneak away.

"Okay you can come but!". He paused and looked Selena intensely in the eye. "Don't ever... I mean never ever leave my side, got it!". Luke knows she have special abilities but he is still worried about her safety.

"Yes sir!". Selena answered like a soldier and gave Luke a salute.

"Whatever!". He grab her nape and kissed her in front of everyone.

Selena was startled. There like a lot of people inside his office and he just kiss her in front of them. 'Is this a punishment?'.

The first party was send to the boarder and they chose a good spot to watch the enemy when they come. A couple of hundred wolf from Shadow Claw Pack stand still and guard the specific part of the woods. They were informed about the scent less wolves and their capabilities. They were ask to be extra careful.

The second party stayed near the wall along with Luke, his Beta Drew, Selena and other warriors.

Selena look at the different directions where she was standing and she can see a lot of people on guards. She also noticed younger lads and lass. She wondered if the four rascals came too. She's worried about them.

"Are you okay?". Luke saw anxiousness on her face. He was worried. If she asked him to send her back he will do it in an instant.

"Do they really have to fight?.... They are so young". Selena was so worried about the teenagers with them in the battle field.

Luke followed her gaze and saw young warriors ready to battle. "It's their fate my love, we were born as wolves to protect lives". He said meaningfully.

Selena look at the face of her Alpha. She really have no idea why there are people like them in this world. She always thought they were menace that kill or even eat people like the ones in the movie. Now she found out what they are and what their purpose in life. That is to protect life itself. Today she is a proud mate of the Alpha of Shadow Claw and she will do everything she can to help him.

Selena looked at the sky and saw how it drastically changed from light it is turning dark.

"They are here!". She said to Luke. Selena hold on to the silver daggers on her hands. She hasn't turned yet, she can still touch silvers.

Luke send messages to his people who were in front lines. Before he shouted his orders to the warriors with him.

"My warriors lend me all your strength and let us all fight as one!". Luke encouraged them.

"GET READY!". Drew shouted.
