The Troublemaking Alliance (Third Person)

At the Hall of Eternity, the home of Akkre, an annual meeting is taking place.

"According to our observations, the camouflage array that has kept Atlantis hidden is close to collapsing. It's estimated that within three years that Atlantis will be revealed one more. This is all for the report from Earth, there isn't anything else of note. What should be done regarding this, Ancestor?" A man asks, reading off a report to Akkre.

"Don't bother too much with it. But make sure that no one power claims it for themselves, make sure that it becomes an independent state or something, it doesn't really matter. Alright, one more to go," Akkre says as he looks over to the last person in the large meeting hall to give a report.

"Urakkial, Branch Family Head of the Graal sector of Andromeda, reporting. Following up on Branch Head, Rikko's, report of suspicious activity at the edge of the Milky Way. The Pan-Galactic Human Federation has arrived at the edge of the Milkyway and begun to set up stargates. Our informants say that the Federation is planning to send out large expeditionary forces to explore the Milky Way."

After thinking for a moment, Akkre says, "the Milky Way is a strange one, with Earth being the only planet with technology to even think about exploring the galaxy. It's a good thing that Earth is a human civilisation since the Federation believes in human supremacy. Change of plans regarding Atlantis, I want someone to get facilities built and ready for contact with the Federation. I don't expect them to arrive for another couple hundred years, so we can take our time with this matter. It doesn't matter who builds it just get a spaceport ready as well as a space travel training facility, oh, and get a high profile school built as well. Use one of our front organisations to approach one of the major powers and sponsor these."

Scanning the room and seeing no one else has anything more to add on, Akkre says, "Since we've finished with everything, then the Kojuuin Clan Annual Meeting is officially over, you're all free to go and do as you please."

With the meeting over, the many Branch Family Heads begin to socialise with each other and enjoy the food that's been prepared. Meanwhile, while no one was paying attention, Akkre slips away, just before one of the doors slide open, revealing a less than pleased Raziel.

Getting a good look at everyone in the room, Razial says with a stern voice, "where is that trouble making fool? I know he was here."

It was then, that the members of the Branch Families look around and find that Akkre managed to sneak away without anyone noticing. One of the braver people in the room steps forward, saying, "Lady Raziel, I assure you, we do not know where he went. He was here just a moment ago, but our Ancestor seems to have left after noticing your presence. May we know why you are looking for him this time?"

"He just recently killed three people by ramming a truck into them and sent them to Grauntia."

"Unfortunately, this isn't a matter any of us can really assist in. I will let him know that you came by the next time I see him though."

"No need, I already found him, and he's with those other trouble makers as well," Raziel says, extending her wings as she flies off to chase after Akkre.

Meanwhile at a hidden cave in Celestia.

"That was close, I almost got found out. So you guys are here too, Wukong, Loki?" Akkre says taking a seat beside a stone table.

"What, you hiding here as well, bro?" Sun Wukong asks.

"Yeah, since you two are here, what did you guys do?" Akkre asks.

"I tricked my brother, Thor, into sleeping with a goat. You should have seen his face, it was priceless," Loki says.

"I pissed over the Immortal Peach Garden since the Jade Emperor was being annoying. What did you do bro?" asks Sun Wukong.

"I got this idea after reading some stuff from Earth to kill some people with a truck and send them to another world. Since Cordelia isn't going to walk the path I initially set out for her, I need others to do it so I killed a few more people and sent them off to Grauntia. I found out Raziel came to the Hall of Eternity, so I ran over here."

"That doesn't seem so bad, just a couple of mortals... wait did you say Raziel was chasing you!?" Loki asks.

"Yeah, I did."

Hearing Akkre's simple and frank response, Sun Wukong and Loki just look at each other before yelling, "fuck! Doesn't this mean we're going to get caught!"

"Yep and she's already here. Not just her, but Thor too, along with the armies of the Jade Emperor, led by Erlang Shen. I need to prepare a few more things before I head off to Grauntia to make sure one of the people I sent over becomes the next Ourobouros. We are all brothers of the Troublemaking Alliance, So I hope you two can be a good shield for me," Akkre says before opening a portal and running off to the mortal realm, leaving the other two in the cave.

"Do you think we should run?" Loki asks.

"Why should I of all people run from a fight!? Besides, with those people outside I don't think we can run, we are not like our sworn brother who can freely move between the realms. But more importantly, I haven't fought with Raziel in a long time, Thor too, this is a good opportunity for me."

"You damn battle maniac, I don't have the same combat abilities you do, so I'll take my chances with sneaking away while your fighting."

"Fine by me, I shall let the heavens know the wrath of my great self once more!" Sun Wukong says, running right out of the cave, picking a fight with everyone outside.

"I'm curious as to why he wants to revive those four amalgamations, but for now I need to find a way out of here without being caught," Loki says as his figure disappears.
