I Heard That You Wanted To Meet Me?

"Brother Zhentian, has your Master finished recovering yet?"

Flying over the sky and crossing several small peaks and cultivation caves, a man in his 30s asked Hao Zhentian as he turned to look at him. He closely followed Hao Zhentian, while two other people kept close behind them flying as well.

A trace of curiosity crossed the man's eyes as he watched Hao Zhentian and remembered about his mysterious Master.

After a long time, he was finally going to meet the man who made Hao Zhentian a man who is not even a millennium old but already so strong and powerful to the level of a sect ancestor!

Not only him, but his other martial brothers and sisters are also powerful expert cultivators!

It had been almost a month since they arrived and wanted to see the legendary ancestor of this sect, The Beyond Above The Heaven Sect, so it was strange for them to know that their Master had recovered in such a short time when they understood that he had been injured earlier.

Although a supreme expert at the pinnacle of this world has terrifying power, the injuries they can receive are proportional to their strength, so the time to recover is much longer than low-level cultivators.

"My Master recovered a few days ago, but he still needed to do a few things before he came out of seclusion..." Hao Zhentian nodded at the words of Shou Gonyun, the 30-year-old man in appearance, but silently glanced sideways at the man in his 60s behind them, who was flying and casually scanning the surroundings with a peaceful expression.

"I see..."

Shou Gonyun nodded solemnly and said nothing more, following Hao Zhentian towards a mountain peak in the distance that looked a little bigger than the rest and somewhat secluded from the others.

Soon, a dazzling new building appeared before their sight, being almost a very big rustic house, with an ancient style mixed with a modern style as well, conveying at first glance about the importance of this place.

Even the spiritual aura of the place is more abundant, much more than the whole sect. It even seemed that the aura surrounding the peak far surpassed the aura of the most sacred and precious place of their Myriads of the Emperor's Supreme Sword Sect!

The eyes of the older man, 60 years old in appearance, blinked in surprise as he sensed the thick but pure aura in this place. His spirit sense reached out but quickly stopped, retracting. Wanting to explore the place would be disrespectful at this point.

"Wow! It feels more spiritual aura here than in our sect's Central Domain!"

The other person, who is a young man in his 20s, and who carried a sheathed sword hanging from his waist, couldn't help but marvel as well. His eyes looked around and he was tempted to release his spirit sense to explore the place as well, but refrained from doing so as he remembered that this place is not his sect.

"My Master is in the back."

Hao Zhentian quickly led the guests to the back of the mountain, surrounding the huge rustic house. The three guests silently followed Hao Zhentian.

Soon, they arrived at the back of the rustic building, which would come to be the courtyard of the mountain.

"Huh?"

The youngest of them was surprised when he saw a young man, between 20 and 30 years old in appearance, sitting cross-legged in front of a small pond that measured just over 5 meters. On either side of this young man, two little girls of about 10-12 years of age lay asleep with their heads on his lap by serving as pillows.

Could these be disciples of the legendary ancestor of the sect?

The young man thought and after a few more glances, he averted his gaze and continued to observe the place. The closer he got, the more spiritual aura he sensed.

However, the two older men stopped their gazes on this young man, stared for several seconds at the two girls, shocked when they perceived their high cultivation bases while they are so younger, and finally looked at the young man who looked like someone crippled and there was no trace of spiritual energy in his body.

How could there be a cultivator with his meridians crippled in this place? Could it be that he was here to repair his meridians and cultivate again under the tutelage of the legendary sect ancestor?

Besides the two little girls who were sleeping peacefully at his sides, in front of the young man was the pond water in total calm. With a closer look, two small, somewhat transparent koi fish seemed to be swimming peacefully in circles, moving away and then towards each other, forming somewhat synchronised patterns and movements before rising to the surface and creating small ripples in the water.

The two adult men stood in silence, noting that the young man did not seem to notice their arrival. The older man, however, slowly approached this young man, smiled and after thinking about it for several seconds, he sat down next to him in the same cross-legged manner and closed his eyes.

Shou Gonyun blinked somewhat in surprise but quickly regained his composure and seriousness appeared in his expression, while the young man was stunned to see the old man sitting next to this young man a little older than him.

Hao Zhentian observed the old man's action, but said nothing and remained silent. His gaze fell on all of them.

Seconds passed and turned into minutes quickly.

"Cough!

Suddenly, the old man spit out a mouthful of blood and his face paled!

"Ancestor!"

Shou Gonyun and the young man were shocked and quickly approached the old man. Their gazes shifted to the young man at the side, filled with seriousness and wariness at the thought that he might have done something to their sect ancestor, although they didn't understand how a cripple could hurt a supreme expert.

Even Hao Zhentian was surprised: could it be that his Master had attacked the Supreme Ancestor of the Myriads of the Emperor's Supreme Sword Sect?

However, the old man quickly waved his hand, stopping Shou Gonyun and the boy. He stood up at once, wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and in front of everyone, he cupped his fists and bowed in respect to the young man beside him.

"I have met the legendary immortal cultivator!"

These words stunned the two members of his sect!

The Legendary Immortal Cultivator?

This young man in front of them is the legendary immortal cultivator mentioned in the records of ancient times?

Although he had been slightly hurt, the old man was not angry and on the contrary, his expression was excited and somewhat surprised. The threshold of great immortality had been glimpsed again!

A great but terrifying force that is far superior to this world had vaguely enveloped his consciousness as he tried to perceive what this young man seemed to be silently pondering. Being a supreme powerhouse of some thousands of years, he did not believe that his perception would be less than that of a man younger than himself.

How wrong was he? The identity and mystery of this young man far surpassed his imagination!

Ling Tian, who was the one sitting quietly with his eyes closed while his hands gently caressed the little heads of Lan Yin and Qing Sha, raised his eyelids slightly upon hearing the words of the old man who had sat beside him several minutes ago. His eyes looked at the pond in front of him and again his eyelids lowered.

After a few seconds, Ling Tian quietly stood up and very gently and lovingly carried the small bodies of Lan Yin and Qing Sha, carrying them in his arms as he made his way to the large shade of the huge tree where a soft blanket lay.

There, Ling Tian placed the tender bodies of both girls, leaving Qing Sha and Lan Yin to continue sleeping peacefully. Their tender little arms were wrapped around Ling Tian, so that after several seconds he managed to withdraw without waking them.

The little hands of both girls were joined, one to the other, being inseparable sisters even while they were sleeping.

Shou Gonyun and the others were surprised when they immediately noticed a furry ball that was picked up by Ling Tian afterwards and placed beside the two girls. The pupils of the two adults shrank further when they realized that that furry ball is a little spiritual fox, a long extinct spiritual beast!

Ling Tian's head finally turned and he looked at the old man, then at the adult man and finally at the young man.

"I heard that you wanted to meet me?"

Ling Tian commented casually before walking over and sitting on the chair, where Hao Zhentian was already pouring a cup of tea. He sat down and looked at the three of them, motioning with his hand for them to take a seat in the chairs near him, before taking the cup of tea and taking a sip.

Shou Gonyun and the young man next to him stood in a daze, listening to Ling Tian. Shou Gonyun, facing countless scenarios in his entire life, quickly adapted and his thoughts had been confirmed. However, the young man beside him was still dumbfounded at the sight of Ling Tian.

"Long ago Gonyun had told me that he made a fellowship and brother relationship with the talented and genius young man Hao, and in time we learned about the identity of the legendary ancestor of his sect. We later learned that the legendary supreme ancestor had appeared, and that he is also the Master of young Hao and his other martial brothers and sisters, so my curiosity was piqued. Forgive my audacity in coming to see you despite being in recovery!"

The old man, with a firm tone full of respect, approached and cupped his fists again at Ling Tian and said firmly, "This little old man's name is Zu Xie, and I hope I did not offend you before!"

Zu Xie, the old man who accompanied Shou Gonyun and the young man, apologised sincerely to Ling Tian, mentioning when he had sat to the side and tried to perceive what Ling Tian was doing. The superior force he managed to vaguely perceive had wounded him, demonstrating the power Ling Tian had despite appearing to be a crippled cultivator.

Facing an immortal cultivator who had attained unimaginably superior strength, his power as a great ascension realm expert was like child's play. Zu Xie knew that in front of a true immortal cultivator, a mortal cultivator would be crushed like an ant.

Ling Tian nodded slightly after taking a sip of his tea, his gaze fell on Shou Gonyun and said, "Then you are one of the ancestors of the Myriads of the Emperor's Supreme Sword Sect."

Receiving Ling Tian's acceptance, Zu Xie was pleased and let out a sigh as he saw that Ling Tian was not upset, still, he maintained a high class etiquette and full of respect.

"He is Shou Gonyun, my disciple and current leader of the Myriads of the Emperor's Supreme Sword Sect." Zu Xie pointed at Shou Gonyun with a smile, introducing him to Ling Tian, then pointed at the younger one and added, "He is Ren Xingyan, Gonyun's disciple and my grand disciple as well as the young master of our sect!"

"Greetings to the Immortal!"

"Greetings to the Immortal!"

Shou Gonyun, and the young man who had a sword hanging from his waist, Ren Xingyan, cupped their fists and politely and respectfully greeted Ling Tian the same way Zu Xie had done, meeting for the first time the legendary and mysterious supreme ancestor of the Beyond Above The Heaven Sect!
