An Unpleasant Premonition

Su Chu's message said that he had a surprise for her and that he didn't want to talk to her directly to avoid being discovered. This was normal, but it was strange that he didn't contact Gan Jinchen.

Jing Yunzhao couldn't figure it out, so she said to Gan Jinchen,""She sent me an address. I'll go take a look."

"Where? Why don't I go and look for her too?" Gan Jinchen said.

"Yes... No, forget it. I'll go by myself."She suddenly panicked, as if something bad was about to happen. It wasn't a good feeling, but if something really happened, Gan Jinchen wouldn't be able to help much.

Jing Yunzhao hung up the phone, put on her coat, and left the room.
