And on top of that to stop this violence and crime we are already recruiting police. Their only work is to resolve crimes and any matters in the kingdom."

"Yes your highness, but why not make this department with others and recruit along with side others?"

"As to run this department more literate and educated people with a strong sense of justice are needed. We will slowly groom them in schools and colleges."

"I understand."

"Aldith, I remembered from school, What is the status of the school building?"

"He said that the negotiations with Elf's are successful. They agreed to migrate to our kingdom. They will reach in around 3 to 4 days."

Xander happily hit his lap "that's good news, make arrangements for their arrival and settlement. Just make temporary houses. And what about the village we are building in the mountains, what was the name of it?"

"There is no name of that mountain."

"No name, It is difficult to talk without a name. Let's name it" Xander started to think the name of the mountain, after some thinking, he thought of idea "As mountains are in West direction of our capital, let's name it Western Highlands and The village shall be called Western Village."
