Departure

I made my way back to the cave to meet up with Taleena, and found that she was waiting for me just inside the mouth of the cave. Looking at her in the dying darkness.....𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘶𝘤𝘬 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳?

It had only been a short time since I last saw her, but I felt that she had become even more alluring. She smiled and waved when I got closer, and with that I felt like my brain melted. The only thing I could think of was our previous act, and a growing need to do it again. When I reached her I could barely string words together, and I realized that it wasn't due to my stuttering but because I was panting like a dog in heat.

"Hahhhh.....Taleena....hahhhh...hahhhh..."

"Oh! I'm so sorry!"

Before I could try to say anymore she had already apologized for some reason. Then suddenly, as if it was all an illusion, I felt myself coming back to my senses. Looking at her now, she was definitely as beautiful as I remembered, but it didn't feel like I'd die if I didn't do it with her anymore.

"I'm so very sorry about that! I forgot to stop releasing my aura."

"Huh?"

"Succubus combine their magic with their essence to create a seductive aura, this is how we lure our prey in. Since no one was around and I needed to focus on recovering, I had stopped controlling it. Though it has never been this strong before, otherwise I would have easily been able to seduce both of those bandits. I'm fairly certain this is due to the potency of your lifeforce, I feel like I am even stronger than before I was injured."

When she mentioned seducing the bandits it made me remember what she was forced to do to try and escape from them. I felt anger starting to build up again from that thought. I shook my head trying to forget about it, now wasn't the time. 𝘐'𝘮 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘳𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘦 𝘩𝘪𝘮 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴.

"O-oh.....w-well that's good....if you n-need more...."

"Ah I d-didn't mean it like th-that.... I mean..... that...."

She gave off a small smile.

"Don't worry, I understand. The boost in power also allows me to read minds better now, you do not need to defend yourself."

"Please be at ease, it isn't like I can read anything and everything on your mind. Plus, it would be terrible of me if I just read your thoughts without permission, you are risking your life to help me after all. Rest assured, I don't know anything about your H E N T A I thoughts."

"O-oh that's good.....wait didn't you just"

She clapped her hands and interrupted me before I could complete my sentence.

"Ahem, do you have any more preparations to make, or should we be off then?"

I suppose it is for the best to not think about when she is reading my thoughts, not like I can stop her anyways. I'll just have to try to keep the pervy thoughts to a minimum. That should be doable. I'm so fucked.

"N-no, I'm ready. We c-can ride my Forest Tigers."

"Ummmm, if you don't mind me asking....."

"Go ah-ahead."

"When you left here, you only had four minions, where did all of these come from? Also, I have never heard of a 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭 that could command so many before. Are you perhaps a 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭?"

"N-no not a 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭 o-or 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭....."

"Is that so...."

"Y-yes.......and while y-you were recovering I-I was grinding....errrrr h-hunting....give us better o-odds."

"You hunted all night?"

"Y-yes."

Her face bloomed into a large smile, one I had not seen until now, it felt like even the dark cave behind her was lit up. She then did something I hadn't expected, curtsying and bowing her head to me.

"Let me say this once again, thank you."

Her actions left me speechless and frankly.... a bit embarrassed. What do people say in times like this?

"Ungh."

Nailed it. When she heard my broken grunt reply, she giggled, and that small action made my heart start beating fast again. I felt like I couldn't think again, and all I wanted to do was stay with her if I could. I shook my head and tried to clear up my thoughts. 𝘚𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘺 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘶𝘳𝘢 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯.

She had stood up and was looking at me again. She smiled once more and then after a few moments of silence she spoke.

"No, I did not. Let's depart."
