The Shadow carried him across the street and into the two-story building located a few meters away. The one who came to save Gin in the last minute is none other than Hammer who finally steeled his mind and gathered the courage to face the Fiend commander.

Unlike Gin, he felt heavy suppression from the Burly Fiend. It's his first time meeting a Fiend, and that too a Fiend commander who reached Seal Destruction stage.

The fact he can spring up and expose himself in face of such an adversary is commendable. Hammer's heart was pounding in fear and his forehead is bathed in sweats.

If he was second later, the black ball would have burned both him and Gin. Nonetheless, what dreaded him, is the Fiend's presence that radiated with a ferocious and naked aura of evil.

Granted, they were separated by a wall, Hammer still couldn't stop his entire body from quivering. He's nervous and trembling.
