Two holes borrowed themselves at the top of the ceiling with smoke coming out of them. The gun barrel is still pointing up, but its target has already shifted his figure out of the bullet's way.

When Melissa Krin saw this scene her facial expression immediately changed. Seeing a man with a gun made her feel a bit afraid. She wanted to move and help, but it was too late. The man has already pulled the trigger and shot two bullets towards Joe Wang.

"That move was your last." the voice of Joe Wang echoed through the ears of the assassin Softcloud.

He suddenly lifted one of his feet and sent a lightning-fast kick towards the man's groin. Softcloud was taken aback from this move because he was still stunned after not hitting his target for the first time. It is known that after he started cultivating, every target he wanted to shoot would always be hit no matter what.

Arrgghh!!!

The sharp pain in his groin made him winched in pain, but it didn't end there. Joe Wang knew that if he gave him a chance to recover then the fight would be at his disadvantage. So he immediately followed up with a quick combo, making his opponent dizzy.

Joe Wang didn't spare any of the five men. At first, he left one of them and started to question him. After he found who the people who hired these assassins, he still eliminated the guy.

Using a large portion of his energy, Joe Wang first dug a hole at the back of the villa and dumped the bodies in there. Then he expended a large amount of his energy to make a fire talisman.

That day the legend of Softcloud the assassin ended. As his body along with his men was turned into dust and was buried at Melissa Krin's backyard.

Joe Wang watches as five black mist flew out of the ground after he covers the corpse that has already turned into dust.

After he went inside the house, Melissa Krin is looking at him with a complicated expression on her face.

"Are you okay with killing those people?" she asked with concern in her eyes.

Joe Wang didn't reply but just look at her in the eyes.

"Those people are shadows, this is also part of their job… but we have another problem. I learned from one of them that the person responsible for this attack is your ex."

When she heard his words, Melissa Krin's expression didn't change. She already guessed this much. Thought they have encountered a lot of people she has never wanted to end someone's life. But she already knew that in this world, there are people who would kill them if they don't fight back. This is the reality that she is already facing now.

She clenched her fist and look at Joe Wang. She was just amazed that Joe Wang seems to be fine after that ordeal. Right now she was really scared and still shaking.

A strong arm slowly hugs her and he slowly caresses her hair.

"Don't worry too much. As long as I am here, I will never let anybody hurt you," he promised as he slowly calms her emotion down.

In a large villa, three middle-aged men and two old men are currently sitting in front of a large table drinking some tea.

Anger is clearly visible in his eyes, not only him but also to the people around the room except for one.

His amiable appearance shows his seniority among the people inside.

"What do you mean by that Elder Min? Do you mean that they deserve everything that happened to them?" shouted a fat middle-aged man with a black suit as he hit the table in anger.

This fat middle-aged man is called Baiting Ao, he is one of the boss of the Dragon gang based in Delta city. As a gang boss, he is used to bullying people and breaking the law. Now that his son was the one beaten up and castrated, he could not swallow the insult hence he has already decided to take his revenge with or without these rich people.

He knows that with the help of his nephew, Long Ao the boss of the Dragon gang, he can find that woman and grab her for himself. He has already thought of a way of punishing her.

In truth, he really didn't care about his son as he has many sons. All he cares about is the prestige of their gang which was sullied just because of a little mishap.

"Haha… Brother Baiting, Don't take your anger on Elder Min. He just doesn't care that much about one of his sons." Anthon Wu said with a sneer in his face.

He wanted to provoke the old man because he knew the power behind this old man. However, the old man named Julius Min has already seen through his plan. Hence he didn't bother with him.

He just stood up but before walking out of the room he stops by the door.

In a dignified manner, he stood.

"The opponent that our sons have to provoke is not someone you people can face. I will just say this warning once. If you follow then you're families may survive. If not, then…" he said while shaking his head as he walks out of the room.

When he visited the hospital and saw his son's wounds he was furious. As a father, although his son is a prodigal son and a silk pant, he still loves him. After the old man left, the people inside the room showed a contemptuous look on their faces.

"I think we should reconsider something. Judging from the tone of Old man Min. We should tread carefully in this." one of the middle-aged men standing behind Anthon Wu said.

"Have all lost your balls?" shouted Baiting Ao as he pointed at the men sitting quietly.

The old man just stood up and walked out of the room. When he heard the warning from Elder Min, he knew that it is hopeless to get revenge. He can only blame his useless grandson.

When the two men walked out of the room, Anthon Wu, his brother, and Biting Ao were the ones only left.

"Brother Baiting, about this situation that you propose I have already considered it. I have already sent someone to take care of them." Anthon Wu said.

"Really?" Baiting Ao said with a sneer.

This is because he receives news from his goons that they saw the woman Melissa Krin going to school this afternoon.

"Then your plan has failed. Since you already knew where that woman lives give me the address and I won't bother with you anymore."

When Anthon Wu and his brother heard this they were stunned.

The person they have sent was Softcloud, the feared assassin. How can he fail?

While thinking Anthon Wu wrote the address of Melissa Krin's house on a paper and gave it to Baiting Ao.

"Please be in a rush, my friend. She might be someone dangerous as what Elder Min has said." Anthon Wu said with a hint of doubt in his eyes.

Baiting Ao just sneers and walks out of the room.

When only the two of them are left, they immediately took out their phone and dialed a number.
