Ch. 1.2 miles

Kaidan, after knowing what really happens to his parents become recluse. Every day he feels like his life has no meaning. Empty feeling on his chest. Every day he would wake up, eat and go to school. He is like a living dead, he can walk, run, eat, basically do every living human beings do but at the same time he is dead, his eyes have no emotion, no he has no emotion, he would do something if his adopted parents ordered him to but other than that, nothing.... He had nothing... He is nothing..

After a year of doing that, his adopted parents introduced Miles, A therapist, he is kind, he would give him space, he is sweet, in him he feels comfortable, with him, Kaidan feels like he is in his safe haven. Their patient-Doctor relationship quickly becomes lovers.

Kaidan becomes better and better, Everything is doing fine, he finished his studies, he becomes a successful businessman but his love and dependability for miles never change. His world, his reason for survival, his purpose in life is for miles... He is everything... He would never become what he really is now if not for him... He would do everything for him...

Miles invite him in a gay bar, Kaidan quickly agree, he really misses him, he been gone in an overseas meeting for a week. Miles says that he would just meet him in room 305, a private room.

After an hour, Kaidan arrive, the door is open so he quickly enters thinking that miles are in there, the room is dark, so dark making him grope his way to the switch, he can feel a presence of a man somewhere in the room, it feels somewhat creepy but he decided to not mind it, its just probably miles waiting for him to do something idiotic because of his fear before he would burst into laughter, he always makes fun of him.

A quick whack of a bat, Kaidan become unconscious, when he again becomes conscious, the room is so noisy, a voice talking, he can hear a click of a camera and he can hear a loud voice shouting, 'is that miles?' Kaidan thought to himself then he remembers something, opening his eyes, he is laying on a bed, a man he doesn't recognise is standing on the foot of the bed shielding him from the press taking pictures, miles is shouting, his voice is hoarse but he can still hear him call him a two-timing tramp.. . A bitch... Slut!.

Upon hearing him, his mind becomes blank, the person who he loved so much, without even knowing the truth calls him in a derogatory name. He knows nothing happens, he can feel it. He doesn't know how the man takes him out of the bar, go to the hospital, take a drug test, after finding it positive, they take a physical exam. When Kaidan sees the physical exam, without even knowing if the man is his assailant or his helper, he quickly go to their apartment just to hear miles talking to the phone, saying some things that makes Kaidan become so shock, so shocking in fact that he unconsciously step back, stepping on the edge of a stair causing him to fall to his death.

His protector...his anchor... his best friend. His lover... His everything... He says "What the hell happened? I ask you to fuck him before me and the press arrive yet you aren't even their?"

Eric feeling upon watching all of it is a mixture of pity for the life of Kaidan and a feeling of intense disgust and loathing to miles.

"This time you take over, it is unto you to make it a happy ending or a tragic one, the only limitation is you can't change Kaidan's personality and character in just a day if you want to change something, do it gradually." a mechanical voice spoke again.

"My energy is insufficient to continue talking to you, I have to disable my talking system while recharging, you can still use me but it is limited to just a supercomputer." after saying that, the wristwatch colour face colour change to white... A holographic word can be seen, 'You are the only one who can see this holograph.'" Cool!" Eric thought to himself before starts on browsing the internet. He wants to become familiar with this place, and he wants to know everything about Kaidan and the Internet is one of the best places to look for. In the memory that he watched, he didn't see how Kaidan's daily life go by.

Kaidan is a director, he is the youngest director of his adopted parent's shipping company. He is a philanthropist, giving his money to orphanage and charities for mental health. He wants to somehow help someone, as his adopted parents help him.
