One did not wake up for another week. During his absence, King Wog assumed direct control of the kingdom as its monarch. Even without the guidance of his capable and trusted vassal, Wog was still a wise ruler.
As he was perched against the balcony, looking down upon the city which he ruled below him, he was deep in thought. Being a king was kinda boring at first, since Lord Ben tackled almost all affairs, he only needed to stamp the documents and papers he was presented with and his vassal would handle the rest.
Now that his vassal was down for the count, he took up a more proactive role. He looked up at the clouds above him, they were few this hour of the day. A few hours past midday was when the city was very much alive. Over the fields beyond the outer wall he could see the farmers as tiny dots working over them.
