Injured

Thud!

I landed injured on the Pyramid; nearly every part of me was broken and bleeding; despite such advantage in the past month, I was still nearly dead by the hands of the Grimm Monster.

'The power of the council level Grimm Monster is too great,' I said inside me as the people came and lifted me before taking me to the hospital. A few familiar faces have appeared and begun to operate on me.

It had been little more than a month since I had killed the eight Grimm Monsters, seven technically since the one died as a meat shield, which is such a regret since I wasn't able to harvest a wonderful essence rose out of it.

Since then, I have been regularly on the mission to kill the Grimms, though these missions are very sneaky, and I would usually target one or two Grimms, not a huge bunch like I had done a month ago.
