What if I want to talk to him? What would you do?

"Shao Wei?"

"The guy beside you." The student in front motioned to Shao Wei.

"Why can't I talk to him?" Wang Shu asked.

"You'll know it soon."

"Hey! What are you talking about there in the back?" Their teacher shouted at them

"Nothing sir, " The student in front and Wang Shu replied.

Wang Shu wanted to ask more but he didn't want to get into trouble on his first day that's why he stopped himself.

When Shao Wei saw Wang Shu talking to the person in front of him, he already knew what they are talking about. Shao Wei didn't mind though, one person addition to those people ignoring or bullying him doesn't make a difference.

He thought that finally, this loud guy would leave him alone.

But, boy, how wrong he was.

Just after their teacher went out, Wang Shu turned to him and grinned,

"So, you're name is Shao Wei? I've already told you that my name is Wang Shu right? What a coincidence, our name both starts with W and S! Anyway, Why did he say that I shouldn't talk to you? Do you have a disease or something? Don't worry, I don't discriminate, you can be at ease. I can still be your friend hehe."

Shao Wei looked at Wang Shu, surprised, does this guy has a screw loose?

"Sitting by yourself here in the corner is lonely, don't worry because now that I am here, you can now talk to somebody." Wang Shu continued.

"Why are you still talking to me?" Shao Wei finally replied.

"Why? Is there a need for a reason for me to talk to someone?"

"Didn't you hear what he said?"

"About what?"

"....About not talking to me."

"Do I have to follow him?" Wang Shu asked straightforwardly.

Shao Wei didn't know what to reply.

He has never met anyone like this before making him unable to think about how he should respond.

Just as he was about to stand up to escape from Wang Shu, a cold voice was heard,

"Yes, you do."

Both of them looked up and saw three guys in front. The guy in the middle was in front of the other two, apparently, he was the leader.

Wang Shu was puzzled for he didn't know the three but Shao Wei isn't. He knew those three clearly. They are the ones who started targeting Shao Wei, resulting in him being left out in their class.

Seeing these three people, the people around them began murmuring to themselves.

"That Wang Shu guy is screwed. Ou Chen noticed him."

"Ou Chen along with Zhang Xu and Lin Xue is known to target whoever they are not pleased with."

"He should've listened and avoided Shao Wei. Poor guy, he would be added on their target list."

"He could only have himself to blame."

Their voices were hushed and there were traces of pity and fear in their eyes.

They knew clearly what it means to be on these trio's target list. They would try all sorts of pranks on you and you would be left out by others. To a junior high school student like them, there's nothing more fearful than being outcasted.

"You're Wang Shu? Since you are new here, I'll give you a chance. Don't talk Shao Wei or else you'll be just like him." Ou Chen, the leader of the trio, narrowed his eyes at Wang Shu.

"Hmph, you should be grateful for the benevolence of boss Chen!" Zhang Xu harrumphed beside Ou Chen.

"That's right! You should be smart and know what to choose." Lin Xue added, his face is smug.

From what he heard from the murmurs around him, Wang Shu finally got the gist of what's happening here.

From his point of view, it looks like these three little pigs in front of him are playing kings in this class and is targeting Shao Wei, this quiet and skinny kid beside him.

This guy is cold and quiet, he avoided talking to others. He must be traumatized by these bullies and closed his heart to anyone. How cruel could they be to make someone this cold? And look at how thin he is! They must've done more horrible things for him to be like this!

These bastards! How could they do this?

Wang Shu's mind swirled with wild imaginations on how much Shao Wei suffered from these guys, he surpressed the rage in his heart and looked at Shao Wei beside him, he patted his shoulder, his eyes full of care and pity, "It must have been hard on you."

Shao Wei was surprised at Wang Shu's sudden action. Seeing that pity in his eyes, Shao Wei was dumbstruck, what the heck is this guy thinking?

In fact, Shao Wei didn't really suffer much in Ou Chen's hand. They're still in 1st year of junior high and you could say that they are still kids, immature kids.

The bullying Shao Wei suffered was only contained to some teasing, pranks and outcasting, different from the wild imagination of Wang Shu. For Shao Wei who is originally a quiet kid, these kind of things were endurable; his family is greater than all these teasing and pranks.

That's why, Shao Wei didn't really consider himself to be pitiful, may be unfortunate, but not pitiful.

Before Shao Wei could explain to Wang Shu, Wang Shu already took away his attention from him and looked at the three in front of them.

He stood up, with his chin up, he sneered and asked mockingly, "What if I want to talk to him? What would you do?"
