"My illusion technique is extremely exquisite…?"
Loki's eyes were deep as he scrutinized the mysterious sorcerer before him. He observed Orion's gaze, which was calm and flickering. This made Loki realize something immediately.
This guy! He must be lying! As the god of lies and tricks in Asgard, Loki can easily discern between deceit and truth.
Though he had originally harbored a deep dislike for this mysterious sorcerer, seeing his behavior now sparked a sudden sense of familiarity.
It felt as if he had encountered someone of the same kind before! And at this moment, Orion was also examining Loki's entry panel.
[Name]: Loki Laufeyson
[Identity]: Son of Odin, Frost Giant
[Entries]: Evil Wisdom (blue), Cunning (blue), Good and Evil (blue), Master of Illusion (blue), Frost Bloodline (purple).
[Evil Wisdom] (Blue): Possesses a well-developed mind, quick thinking, cleverness, and cunning. Expert in disguise, fraud, and deception, with an acute understanding of human nature.
[Cunning] (Blue): Relies more on his own evil wisdom rather than brute force. Always devises clever plans, sows discord with ease, and manipulates situations to his advantage.
[Good and Evil] (Blue): Neither wholly good nor wholly evil, he prioritizes survival and can assume critical responsibilities in times of crisis.
[Master of Illusion] (Blue): A highly skilled shapeshifter and magician. His magical potential extends beyond what is evident.
[Frost Bloodline] (Purple): As Laufey's son, he has the purest frost bloodline, though he has yet to fully discover or harness this power. However, it has enhanced his physique and resilience.
"Hiss!"
"Four blue and one purple—five entries?"
"Loki's entry panel… is enough to crush all the masters of mystic arts!"
"This Loki must be one of the countless variations of Loki, right?"
Orion was secretly shocked. He never expected that Loki, who seemed so weak in the movie, would possess such an array of talents!
However, it made sense. Even Thor, the God of Hammers, has more defeats than victories.
What role could a mere Loki play?
"Orion, he's Loki."
"Asgard's god of lies and trickery."
"You'd better not go near him!"
"The rock troll illusion just now was created by him!"
Volstagg lowered his voice in warning.
Orion nodded in acknowledgment but did not take the warning to heart. After all, he wouldn't be staying in Asgard for long.
Though Orion had no intention of targeting Loki, Loki's narrowed eyes and the intriguing glint in his expression indicated he harbored other sinister thoughts.
"Loki!"
"Come join us."
"I'm going to get drunk tonight!"
Thor, the god of hammers, gripped his weapon tightly. He was accustomed to Loki's pranks and knew his younger brother was not as evil as he appeared.
Volstagg considered this but acquiesced to the proposal.
The four of them walked side by side, through the streets and alleys, arriving at Volstagg's home.
The manor was adorned with lush green grass; the lawn was meticulously kept, and children played in front of the door.
"Father!"
When the child saw Volstagg returning, he smiled brightly and cried out with delight.
Volstagg bent down, picking up the twins, one on each side.
Volstagg's wife, hearing the commotion, came out and saw Thor and Loki. A flash of joy crossed her face.
"Volstagg."
"Hogan, Fandral, I've been waiting for you. I've also prepared the meal."
"Your Highness Thor, Your Highness Loki, my cooking skills may not match those of the Asgardian cooks, so please excuse any shortcomings."
The woman bowed gracefully.
Despite Volstagg being a warrior of Asgard, his status was still far behind Thor and Loki.
"Ha ha! Hogan, Fandral!"
"Let me introduce you!"
"This is the mystic sorcerer of Midgard."
"Orion!"
"He has mastered a Primal rune and is likely to remain in Asgard."
After kissing his wife, Volstagg turned to his two brothers, bursting into laughter and eagerly making introductions.
Hogan, slender with slightly narrowed eyes that sparkled with wisdom and brightness, was from Vanaheim.
Fandral, with his blond hair, blue eyes, and handsome features, had a long sword hanging at his waist.
Upon hearing Volstagg's words, both men showed signs of surprise.
"A mystic sorcerer from Midgard?"
"He has also mastered a Primal rune!"
"That's truly impressive!"
Fandral expressed envy. He had tried studying rune magic himself but had yet to grasp its meaning.
It was clear: he lacked talent in that field.
Even Hogan seemed to lack the necessary talent. Both cast scrutinizing glances at Orion, who seized the chance to examine their entry panels.
[Name]: Fandral
[Identity]: Asgard Warrior
[Entries]: Sword Master (blue), Romantic (blue), Chivalrous (blue), Immortal (purple).
[Sword Master] (Blue): Highly skilled with all bladed weapons and recognized as Asgard's premier sword master.
[Romantic] (Blue): Romantic by nature but not favored by the opposite sex; dimensional creatures, however, take a liking to him.
[Chivalrous] (Blue): Embodies noble qualities and often risks his own life to turn danger into safety.
[Immortal] (Purple): As an Asgardian, he ages very slowly, possesses excellent healing abilities, and has enhanced speed and agility.
"…Dimensional creatures favor him?"
"How come even the supporting characters in the movie marvel universe have such impressive entry panels?"
"The guy killed instantly by Hela… is stronger than the A Master of Mystic Arts!"
Orion thought to himself.
It seems… It's not that the three warriors of Asgard are too weak.
But Hela is too strong!
So the three warriors of Asgard seem less impressive, like fragile creatures!
Then he turned his attention to Hogan.
[Name]: Hogan
[Identity]: Asgardian Warrior
[Entries]: Proficient in Witchcraft (green), Skilled in Archery and Horsemanship (blue), Weapon Master (blue), Vanir (purple).
[Basic Witchcraft] (Green): Knows some ancient and mysterious witchcraft but lacks flexibility in its use.
[Skilled in Archery and Horsemanship] (Blue): His archery skills are among the best in Asgard.
[Weapon Master] (Blue): Proficient with almost all weapons, particularly maces. He leads the charge in battle and fights bravely.
[Vanir] (Purple): As a Vanir, he has exceptional endurance, physical strength, bone density, and longevity.
"The Vanir Gods…"
"It seems so."
Orion's gaze shifted.
He almost forgot the specific plot of the movie. After all, before this, he didn't possess the incredible term "super genius."
It seems that Asgard's overall strength does surpass that of Kamar-Taj.
He had been secretly smug, believing he had reached the level of a master of mystic arts.
Until the appearance of Thor, the God of Hammers, and the three warriors of Asgard, who had "brought him back to reality!" He truly couldn't boast.
There will always be someone better than you.
Until he has a red entry, he will never involve himself in any plot events!
But… can he truly decide that?
