Review Detail of KemChu in Rebirth in the 80s: The Scholar Wife is Cute

SPOILER!!! *It's a long read. Female cousin ends up in a foreign country (got there coz of scammy bf that turned out to be a trafficker. Was sold multiple times. Got pregnant multiple times). She took her aunt and a someone (forgot the name but a classmate of theirs from middle school and also became cousin's dorm mate in No.2 high school).* *She is not her father's daughter. She was picked up by him hence why he is always partial to the cousin. He told his wife that he doesn't want to send her to highschool. They came up with the idea to lock her up the day of the exam. This chilled the MC's heart towards the father and official cut relations with him* I can't really support the main couple. They're cute but I am in the 'second-lead' syndrome. Tbh u can't blame me for that coz age-wise, they match. I just can't help but feel like ML groomed her. Tho it's not like in your face but if you actually think about it, isn't that grooming? The story kinda lost me with all the cliché drama (her bio family, the 'cousin' that took her place, the engagement between ML's and MC's fam way back) There's also an arc where ML went missing (I honestly didn't read this and just went directly to the ending.) There's about 1320 chapters and stopped at 600 and just started to read chapters based on the titles. To be fair, MC is not as cliché but she's not that great either. 3 stars for story development coz (it got a bit like other stories of the same plot) ( it also felt like some plot was just added to be filler and I feel like the story would be better if they weren't there). 3 stars for character design, nevermind changed it to 4 because some characters are fleshed out but I some are just meh.
