This book is fucking wierd, I didn't understood a damn thing in the last chapters. It's obviously made by IA, author you really should read your own chapters before posting them. In the last 3 or 4 chapters we saw Johan who was already in root since 5 or 6 chapters presenting himself to Danzo like they never met while they obviously already did since they already talked together. Another thing is why the fuck when Johan appreared in the village when he was summoned, all konoha already knew his presence. As a reminder, the fuinjutsu barrier aroud konoha only work when you wlak trough it, not when you teleport inside.
