Review Detail of Oogaboobaboogaboo in Becoming Usopp

Story is fine, but it’s hard to read as an American reader. The story feels like it was translated by the writer. The meaning of everything comes through, but almost every other sentence has extra words or is so inefficiently written I needed to reread it. Unfortunately, every sentence is technically grammatically correct so I can’t justify below 3 on the writing quality. And it’s still easier to read than Ralph Waldo Emerson. Stopped at 16. Tried to pick it up again and quit again.
