Everything was going well, the dialogues were brilliant, the pacing was good, character design was great. Until the Apostle arc. It felt a bit dragged out to me and the rewards did not feel gratifying at all.

In my defense, Apostles in Nasu are terrifying creatures, with the older ones rivaling Heroic Spirits themselves and the truly Ancient completely steam-rolling over most Servants. While Regul was a newly made Apostle, I had to show how powerful he was. It's part of lore-building. 😅
