The novel is slowly ramping up to its potential. We have an MC with a tragic backstory and after dying in a reverse Deathnote way, he relives his life as an elf. It is a great detail that the MC has no meta knowledge of system and cultivation tropes. I've grown tired of all the many other System MCs breaking the semi-fourth wall with their Novel knowledge.
