Review Detail of navre in I'm Not an Evil God!

The beginning Chapter is good but later around 20-30+ Chapter. The story becoming more unnecessary world background BS. For example chapt 31. It's just to tell reader how rare alchemist. Chapter 32 tell reader that Elise ( one of heroine maybe) is alchemist. That how BS chapt 31-32 "world background" is. Too many words unnecessary just for fullfill 1 Chapter. I hope author is not doing this because he/she doesn't have any idea and must create of 1 or 2 Chapter per day.
