Well with the original timeline in the first three months the only characters that make an apprentice in the story are Dadan and her bandits, Ace, Luffy, and Sabo at the end (manga as reference). and do you mean Imu the secret ruler of the world government? and If I did do a mistake please tell me because I have a bad memory and so there is a chance I don't remember if she made an appearance during this time

Oh... well no, not directly at least, after the war on Raftle Luffy went to explore the seas with what was left of his crew(as said in chapter 1). he wanted as many memories with them as he could get until their eventual death. IM and the world government tried to kill him with all they had, but unfortunately for them, his influence as an immortal pirate king united the rest of the pirates. As a result, they couldn't fight them directly because of their losses in Raftel, so they tried to assassinate Luffy which didn't work. At the time when Luffy finally stopped his journey with his crew, MI was already dead from old age. he did fight with her decedents during the years though. I planned to release this information on what happened during Luffy's life slowly during the story because I hate exposition dumps and I didn't want to do one, but If there are any questions about Luffy's life that you want me to answer ASAP I will but I do think that It will ruin some of the mystery I'm building.

In the original, yes. In my fanfic things went in a different direction at Marineford so Sengoku didn't retire yet. I believe I addressed this in recent chapters.
