Great concept for a novel. BUT, there are multiple instances of the author either not explaining what is happening or repeating events multiple times but changing how it happened, describing things differently, or adding and subtracting details. I read the same thing 3 times, just written slightly differently each time.

Honestly, it's one of the most captivating novels I've ever read. It's written in a way that the reader never truly knows what the mc is planning, and as soon as you think you have it figured out, you emidiatly realize you weren't even close. The mc is incredibly smart and gor once the mc actually "acts his age" and isn't some incredibly old and once powerful person who now acts like a child. Another thing i like is that as the story progresses, you start to learn more and more about the mc's past and what he has been through, as well as see him come to terms with himself.

The characters and world background are well written. That said their are a lot of grammatical errors that an app like grammarly would be able to fix easily, and the flow of the story is very jumpy. In other words, the story is hard to follow, in my opinion. But if you can get over those two problems, the novel is very good!!

just doesn't feel like it fits. Even if he has a cruel family, the whole situation feels forced. and why would those stronger than him care enough to track him down.
