Well, I can't really say that everything here is correct. I am not in the field of History, and the sources from which I get the information may be biased. I will say that every information present in the world is biased depending on the provider of the information. I do some research from YouTube and here and there. There are channels called 'The Cold War', 'Soch by Mohak Mangal', 'Firstpost' to be pretty good. They are biased to some extent, yes. But they seem to be better than the alternative sources to me. Wikipedia is too biased and uses extreme leftist media outlets generally from the west as sources.
It isn't permanent. Vietnam offered no value to USA, but India does. Since China is in USSR's block, not siding with India right now will mean that it will also go into USSR block. And regarding the Apartheid, Olympics haven't banned South Africa, only FIFA has.
Yes. Having a country across either sides of another country is stupid. A country should be continuous. It's like they intentionally divided the countries in such a way so that they can keep on fighting amongst themselves.
Delhi is an unstable region with frequent earthquakes, albeit small scale. But it is more in north than in centre. Plus, most of the oppressive regimes(Delhi Sultanate, Mughal Empire) had delhi as the capital ,while others had different.
