While i see your point in that this is how most people would react, Rhodey and Tony are long friends, and look at how tony reacted in the movies. It was pretty much as of nothing had happened. Rhodey knows who tony is well.

Eh, forgot that. You do realise that surgeons are able to operate outside of their choosen field right. My aunts a Cardiologist yet, she still does tons of other kinds of surgeries since she is legally required to do a certain amount of non-private medical service. Why wouldn't tony want someone who has the plot armor of never failing a surgery to do it.

Parking violations are generally not seen as illicit activity in the same way jay walking or littering would be. You get a fine. If you pay the fine or get it dismissed it means nothing. It only becomes illegal if you don't pay.

He was selling weapons to terrorists in exchange for money, therefore a contract. Also where exactly in the MCU does it state Stane is doing this. My methodology when planning the plot for this was the fact that, if i get anything from the films or tv shows wrong i will correct that, otherwise i will just extrapolate to the best of my abilities. If you could link where it says anything about this i would be grateful since it might be something i have missed.
