cost of every skill depends on the change that it may bring into reality. like a fireball skill would cost around 160 skill points because all it does is create elemental balls of fire in the air. but for a skill to manipulate the time of the entire world or universe, which is too large compared to orbs of fire appearing in his hands, even for around 20 seconds, it would cost millions of skill points. but instead of a time reversal skill tho, it would be better to create a skill that can reverse only the actions of a single person.

Your words are absolutely true, I've made some amateurish mistakes (cuz I am amateur) from the beginning of the novel, and the plot holes like power levels are going to be a bit difficult to correct now. But let me inform you this: In this novel's world, a being's power doesn't entirely depend on its Rank. It depends on mamy things like race, skills, experience and at last their rank. So basically, a Rank 1 human could easily kill 10 Rank 1 goblins, but it cannot defeat a Rank 2 goblin. If you have any more questions, please ask me again.
