Half-right actually. So Murano(who's past life was Marci) he is like relieving his trauma after being unconscious(due to facing Nagi's kick head-on) and being afraid that his new injury(after improper landing) might end his career. Sort of like how in Rezero, Subaru went back to his original world in that one trial where his parents were and changed his ways or rebond with his father. But Murano doesn't change anything, he's just relieving his worst moment and it being hiding his injury to play the cup final which resulted in a bigger injury(career ending, as said in ch1,ch16 i think) So I posed a What If? to suggest if he could've been a greater player has his career continued[img=recommend]. And also to establish Murano as a deep character not just someone who got transmigrated with a system. Have a good day!!
