I’d say so, it’s not anything groubdbreaking or a masterpiece, but it entertained me.

There’s no confirmation to my knowledge that any other Pokemon you capture other than Arceus are simply avatars. And for many of the legendaries there are with such a high level of power and how they don’t seem to be the type to just hand over a portion of their power. *Cough**Giratina**Cough* I wouldn’t be surprised if the protagonist simply beat them up before capturing them because of game logic.

In a literal sense yes, A defensless baby is peacful sure, but it doesn’t really matter if it’s peacful or not since it can’t do anything harmfull. No one would really care on a global scale if Luxemburg of all nations decided to spontaneously declare war on France because they’re an irrelevant nation who’d get executed like a dying dog just for daring.
