Loved the story, one of my best reads on webnovel. Good characters, compelling plot, etc. You won't regret reading though it does just get better the more you read so if you don't like it at first you will probably like it in maybe 50 chapters. The only major issue is a combination of the slow updates, sometimes even less than 1 chp per day as well as these updates containing a lot of filler especially past chp 300. I just read a chapter after waiting 2 days for a release that was just about Emilia and her friends getting their grades. MC don't even appear. But it speaks to the quality of the novel that I haven't rage quit and don't plan on doing so unless there's some major screw up. Also, I've seen ppl annoyed with how MC tries to set up heroines with the novel protagonist Lucas. Minor but expected spoiler: Dw they fall for MC instead and he stops doing that fairly quickly. Though I am a little annoyed that MC seems to get more and more like Lucas as the story progresses. y'know goody two shoes. But still def a good read unless you can't read something other than evil, antihero MC.

Any good reviews you see are paid reviews that really say nothing about the book (one of them even praises that it's in 3rd person) and every bad review isn't exaggerating in the slightest. To sum it up. Semi-decent world building, insufferable MC and side characters, plot holes everywhere, system isn't even OP, MC takes backshots from just about everyone, any female character is just an object of MC's lust and serve no actual purpose, other characters are 1 dimensional and have no logical reason behind acting like they do, plot is slow and sucks and if you've heard of a webnovel cliche, you'll find it in this novel
