Sure it could work but his negating noble phantasm is already ridiculously strong. Honestly you should kind of nerf it like it cant protect against np's that have anti-invis or something like that. Man thinkşng a bit more and i don't know. I guess after taking on EX phanatsm like kukulkans or Murasamas(forgot the one that uses the actual weapon) he would die before even getting the immunity.
