If instead I offer something more tangible as a reward you lets say I will pay for your tickets and snacks. You are more likely to enjoy it, ignoring the fact that you may have found something you enjoy. This is also ignoring that Talos was a Dragonborn before ascending to Godhood. Now I dont know about anyone else but the shrines when you worship the gods, grant blessings. This is witnessed for Talos in both Oblivion and Skyrim games. So unless the alters and shrines are simply enchanted to grant a defined boon, I take it as confirmation of Talos' Godhood, even more so when we have proof of the existence of the Gods throughout multiple games. This is ignoring that the Daedric Princes' are simply Gods that didn't assist in the creation of Nirn.

Elder Scrolls lore-wise, the Dragonborn is something akin to a demigod. The Dragonborn has soul of a Dragon with the body of a Mortal. Dragons are the children of Akatosh which is a god, meaning they are lesser gods since they are not moral and this is ignoring the innate ability of dragons to warp reality. So while the Dragonborn does not follow the traditional sense of being a Demigod, they should still be defined as one.

You are talking about chemicals caused by hormones. The intellect and experiences would not be erased. You are also ignoring that people even in modern times, who do not have to face the difficulties of a society of the medieval times or that of Faerun have been observed to adapt to be far more mature and intelligent than in peaceful and luxurious enviroments and societies. The hormones will cause them to make stupid and rash decisions but it would not make a person who has experience and knowledge suddenly stupid and naive. At most his synapses wouldnt be firing as quickly making his thoughts slower.
