I and a lot of other people love your story and will keep reading it and I’m just saying this wether it happens or not because it will probably happen sometime in the future anyway. You will something that you think is good but some readers might not like and as this is your story you should stick to why you think is best. If you agree with them change it good for you. If you stick with what you wrote because you think it’s better good for you. Nobody should expect perfection either way huge fan of your story and can’t wait for more.

Just going to give my two cents about this. Was satoshi getting a bit cocky? Yes. Has he only shown this behavior against children and genin? Yes. Do I think satoshi needed his ego knocked down a peg? Also yes. Does that warrant the vicious beating of a 5 year old? I would say no. Now I know this is in Dakis character as he seems more like a ask questions later kind of a guy but I feel a stern talking too would have been just fine in this situation but that’s just me.
