To much instability and the fact that Aquitania at this point would be incapable of managing two separate nations separated by a body of water that take around a week to traverse to and fro, especially since they are still surrounded by rival nations on all of their borders at present. Sending away an occupation force would open the opportunity to be attacked in turn after being seen as weakening their home defense.

Hi MightyEagle thanks for this, your not the first to let me know about this I'm working on updating the already released chapters to get rid of as much of the symbols as I can, so it'll be more audible friendly.

Thanks Moon_King_3296 I've already gotten up to the 100th chapter completed with some minor tweaking coming so, the series will continue for the next half year at least here :)

I’ve gotten up to the first 100 cleared of all the extra symbols so hopefully that makes audiobook far more tolerable
