Awww, thank you bringing us this story Redaliart and I'll be coming back to it periodically. First of all, I want to apologize for being late to the update (by one month -coughs up blood-), and I also relate a lot to what you're going through. It's not something to be hidden, but I'm also writing a fanfiction of ORV (Which I posted on Scribble hub and Wattpad too), and every once in a while, I am hit with doubt about my work, despite all the lovely support and comments I get from my readers. Does it conform to the original settings? Does is suck or sound ridiculous? Do the readers only send salutations out of politeness, and it's actually bad? Is the plot all over the place? Is it boring? Are the readers annoyed with me? If I rewrite it, will it get better? Should I just delete it all? But I always remind myself that my work doesn't have to be perfect, because all that matters is writing something down. It is only through this cycle that I can improve. After all, I started this journey, first and foremost, for myself. Anyways, I just want to say, I am looking forward to the epilogue. Supporting you always!

For ORV and TCF crossover, I recommend "Somnanbulist" by Skyryndipity (changed to now rlaehrwk49). They have it on AO3 and also Wattpad. Honestly, it is such gold. Another ORV fanfic I recommend is "Your Esoteric Story: A Work of Art" by aaaki-kun on Wattpad. If you're looking for crack or giggles, I suggest "The Reader Who became a Butler" by tsuhiro on Wattpad. It's a TCF fanfic. That is, if you haven't read them yet...and if you haven't noticed, I'm currently more active on Wattpad lol. Hope this helps?

It will be revealed latter in the story that she has information from a different book than what she thinks she has read, which will act as a 'prediction' of sorts. I'm not sure if I should spoil?

I will take that advice! Having SP as a sponsor would be really interesting... When you mentioned the Avatar skill with memories, it gave me a heart attack lol (you got that part right). And thank you! I will try to have fun creating :)

To be completely honest, I have idea what kind of skills to give my MC. Please share some of your wisdom >.< She does, however, have a skill that'll play a large role later down the line (and it's a in cannon ORV skill). If you've read past chapter 9, you should know which skill it is ;P. Other then that, she has a skill that functions similar to Kim Dokja's Character Bookmark, but I haven't disclosed it yet.

It's the 1864th regression. Also, MC is pretty weak for a long, long time. So, feel free to stop reading at any point. Actually, now that you point it out, I'm stumped. How do I make a MC strong...? -steam rising from head-

Douluo Dalu (III): Pilot Project

Jiang ZhiYou stared at his martial soul - no, it should be called spirit soul - blankly. Everyone gathered around the tournament stage watched on silently, all frozen to the spot and unsure of what was going on. Fine, spiderweb cracks extended their reaches upon his spirit soul, until it resembled a fragile porcelain ornament on the verge of shattering - and it did, as the pieces exploded outward, refracting hundreds of images, as if reciting a farewell of the memories in its life. "Ah!" An intense pain suddenly tore at Jiang Zhiyou's spiritual sea, but that couldn't compare to the final image imprinted in his sight. In Jiang Zhiyou's eyes, he could not forget how his spiritual soul stared quietly into his with sentience. ____ In this world of technical advancement, soul beasts were pushed to their last refuge: the Great Douluo Star Forest, on the brink of extinction by the human race. Buildings touched the clouds, soul cars raced the streets, spirit souls became common, and the development of battle armor and mecha brought forth a new direction of power among soul masters. In such an era lived a boy named Jiang Zhiyou. He lived with his two loving parents in a middle-class household, and luckily awakened his Wind Sparrow martial soul and innate rank 4 soul power, thus allowing him to step on the path of soul masters. Although he didn't have much presence in class, he didn't mind, preferring to read his precious novels instead. Until one day, he laid his eyes upon Tang Wulin, and for the first time in his life, wanted to write a book. However, in order to follow the model main character for his novel, Jiang Zhiyou must rack his brains on how to get strong despite his mediocre talents. Along the way, he gets dragged into incidents after incidents - becoming the class placement defender in Eastsea Academy, getting involved in a bet to become a second-rank mecha circuit inscriber in six-months time, uncovering the evil soul master's plot... ...and uncovering secrets to his own birth and past. How did it come to this, when all he wanted to do was write a novel? Notes: A pilot project, meaning impulsively posting, without knowing if I'll consistently schedule any updates. Here for your interest if you're interested. I'm basically rewriting this from an old, unpublished fanfic.
