Same here. My theory is that the energy that makes up the giant is too pure and concise with it's laws that carry one meaning, negate anything non-heaven and earth. And the only energy Noah can even absorb is the chaotic laws regenerating the giant. If I were him, I would super charge Dualong with all my ambition, dark matter and the dark world as a coat of amour around it, taking it to a quasi-rank 9 beast that can suck up all the chaotic laws coming to the giant, causing Dualong to enter the quasi-rank 9 state permanently even after the effects of his ambition and Noah's body and dantian constantly nourished and filled during the fight. In fact that huge dragon he made could handle the job better and possibly reach a permanent quasi-rank 9 status before Noah.
