I quickly checked my status to check my condition and I was pleasantly surprised at what I saw... I was being affected by someone's gift, and since Isaac is the only vampire here, he's the only one who could have done it. I saw that my mind protection was off... Aaaah I quickly turned it on, and the compulsion stopped... That's why I was affected, I didn't have it on, and I forgot to turn it on again, it kinda became a habit of mine to turn it off when Ed's not around, kind of like doing something because you usually can't do it. Who cares about the grammar? We’re on Webnovel, where it’s almost impossible to find an author who writes in good English. There are some exceptions, of course, but don’t expect too much from this platform. Besides that, the real issues are the ones previously mentioned: character inconsistency, story development, relationships, etc. I haven’t read the story yet, but it’s certainly not the grammar that matters to me personally; instead, it’s the body of the story and the characters themselves.

I'll be voting for the non hiatus. I prefer this story much more than the Legacies one.
That's the end of this chapter. This chapter was quite long, and covered a few different things. Next chapter will be Lucifer gaining her three new species, courtesy of her father, and then the end of volume 1/book 1. Originally I was planning on the next world being Fate: Winx Saga, but I don't know about that just yet. It'll probably be something else, with Fate: Winx Saga coming in the future. I was thinking Harry Potter, or Motherland: Fort Salem. I also might continue this fic longer than what I was saying, as I kinda am enjoying it a bit more right now. I might just put it on hiatus for a bit, idk, I'll decide by the time the first volume is over.
