Yes she would. According to council rules; if you awaken someone, they become your responsibility for 100 years. And basically you become the property of the person that awakened you. Also if you don't train and slack off, you either become a bloody fireworks or turn into an abomination during breakthroughs. Awakening is a double edge sword not meant for everyone.
