hi there, thanks for the review, well, you didn't read much , in the first chapters there might be some things been said multiple times but it is just to make readers remember a few things from the start, that won't be the case later on . as for the world building, there is indeed a war on earth but the people created their own town , protected and with laws and circles, as mentioned in the synopsis. i recommend you read more to get the whole picture.
