Some concepts, notably the “extra is a mafia” concept was inspired by it. I think the only thing similar is the Corleone name, which is a real life thing and from the Godfather. Also the Club system which I really liked and changed a few things about it. Is there a problem?

Local crooks or criminals don't know much stuff about the mafia world. They only know the Castellano name. Elias is relatively unpopular because he was rarely involved in any of the Castellano business since he was a child.
