I'm glad you like. Cheshire is the manifestation of Yato's Fullbring. It possesses its own consciousness, resembling Orihime's Shun Shun Rikka.

It wouldn't be impossible for Cheshire to interact with the Hōgyoku inside Rukia, he just chooses not to do so out of caution. As for Muramasa, I already had in mind an interaction between him and Yato (or Ōkagetsu), but I don't intend for Yato to have another zanpakutō besides his own Ōkagetsu.

I intended to explore this, but I still don't know how or when to add it to the story. I'm still thinking about it.

The only one in the group who saw Yoruichi's true form was Tatsuki during their training. Even though Yato already knows that Yoruichi is a woman, it's not information that she passed on to him herself. So, when he refers to Yoruichi as a man, he's just pretending.

I'm glad you likes the story and the protagonist. As for the character's past life, It's something I've considered adding to the story, but I haven't figured out how or when to do It yet. XD

Despite being poorly explained and explored in the anime/manga, Renji always had feelings for Rukia. He just felt inadequate and didn't know how to react to it. In the story, it's no different. The difference is that in the original storyline, Rukia stayed in the Soul Society, which gave them more time to become familiar with each other again. However, in this one, since Rukia spent more time in the world of the living, that didn't happen.

This covers an object with red flames, and the objects explode like fireworks or firecrackers depending on the size of the object being detonated
