Several friends are his roommates from the orphanage, so they understand him the best. As for many 'friends' he made in the business field, he just made a little contact with them. Many of them just want to draw his influence in the business so Henry just maintains distance with them.

Kazir Grey wanted to buy a house when the market bottomed out. The right time to buy a house would be around the year 2000. That was the year the dot-com bubble burst and many industries were affected. One of them was real estate.
