This story needs an editor. The incorrect usage of pronouns hurts my brain 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Not a romance genre. I feel like it focused more on the side stories rather than the actual development of main story. Romance is 5% of the plot.

I’m holding my breath too, but for other reasons.

You would feel all frustrations reading this novel (I’ve read until 854, and dropped it). Read at your own risk. > Female lead: 1. Personality - The FL has a wishy-washy attitude and can easily change her affections towards other people 😂. She describes herself as ‘rational’ and not prioritising love over anything, but would be vengeful when th FL played some tricks on her. 2. Character Design - The author just kept on describing her as ‘interesting’, or ‘female assassin’. Her background was not supported by facts - no mention of encounters of her past assassination attempts in modern world / the 2nd ML trained her but apparently she’s a lot better than him 🙄 / don’t know where she got the ‘healing abilities’ she had. And where did she learn about the teleportation technique? 3. Romance Plot - She could easily trust the person she thought who betrayed her (2nd ML), and constantly doubts the ML’s feelings and sincerity. 4. Lead’s Halo - The FL’s halo was pure gold. Everybody’s attracted to her (except Yang Chen, who I love the most), despite her non-virtuous character in an ancient set-up. By the way, she managed to kiss both male leads as of this chapter (she always did not like their kisses, as if a modern woman would never understand physical intimacies right?). > Male Lead - There was certain inconsistency in his character development. I liked his cold and righteous character at first, but then it dwindled down when he tried to change his rules and beliefs for the sake of the FL. He also saved the FL’s ass multiple times and she’s an ungratefull b*tch. I thought his tricks to get the FL’s attention were way below him as a heavenly being. I was really hoping that he would give up on her and just focus on his own life. > 2nd ML - I found his character consistent. I felt bad for him because he suffered from the FL’s wishy-washy attitude, like saying that she wants to focus on him and love him but she still felt icky towards him. I rooted for him when the FL has decided to choose him, but then she suddenly changed her mind 😂. I would like him to realise that the FL only loves herself. I hope they would leave her alone and not help her at all. > Yang Chen (minor character) - Good thing he never fell in love with the FL. He deserves someone loyal and affectionate. His prejudice on FL was based on facts, and his change was consistent with the plot.

I feel giddy though that they’re together in this challenge. There’s something between them that mixes them always. Can’t wait to know how Riftan would react though.
