The reason why I instantly wanted to get his number from the doctor was because I wanted to call him, ask that we meet up, then force myself to apologize for rejecting him in the past. Then I believe he'd forgive me at once because, well… I was more than a catch and every omega would kill to be mated to me. Then after he forgives me, he'd agree to accept me as his mate at once.
