Scientist: Based on my expertise, this should be impossible, and continuing it is highly dangerous. Khan: It is happening, so not impossible. With your expertise, make it safer. Scientist: FML
Multilayered torture. There are so many, I lost count. I think Eve does a checklist at the end of chapters, and there must be a 'cliffhanger/Monica flag' item on there. If it's missing, the chapter is not complete.
Khantastic results, as expected.
Got goosebumps when I read that description. As IRL, boundless human ignorance is depicted perfectly in this chapter. What a flex that Khan practically revealed his hand to the evolved soldier and she couldn't read his cards even then. Can't get enough.
An evolved soldier has trouble figuring out what he truly is, while he leaves hints about hhis own evolution left and right. Not a single one of these morons can imagine that he's already halfway through to complete evolution. I'm raising my bet to double on Khan skipping the fifth level soldier state, completing his evolution with the blue plants and his hybrid genome one level earlier than the humans.
Every sentient thing in the universe tries to run away when they encounter an overwhelmingly strong opponent. Khan: Could I kill it though?!
I wonder if time and space will ever come into picture as something mana-related, controllable things. He's on his way to being an absolute Overlord, and I can't wait to see humanity conquered.
I bet he will somehow reconfigure the structure of the martial art he got from the Nognes. It's not like him to follow any tutorial to the letter.
Roger doesn't know he is one with his element either. That, or he is simply afraid of his own strength. Possibly the mix of both. I love these kinda chapters. Shaman at his best.
